We went to the doctor today and Meg is doing great. She is still showing to be a big baby. She is weighing 5lbs 6oz and the average weight for 34 weeks is 4lbs 3/4oz, but the bad news is she is still breach. Dr. Sams is saying that we will give her three more weeks to turn and if she doesn't then we will go in the hospital and try a maneuver to get her to turn and if she doesn't we will schedule a c-section the week after that. I know for most people c-sections are just part of it, but I really worry because of Reid and how hard that will be on him and me not being able to pick him up.
Our ultra sound tech is so wonderful. She turned the machine to 4d and we were able to see that sweet face and we were able to see her hair. You could see the sprigs standing up on her head it was so cute.
The cord looked like it was across her mouth so she asked me to turn on my side to see if we could get the cord to move and when I turned you can see Meg did not like that. She made the worst face when I turned over. We all had such a good laugh at her.
The more I look at this picture the more I think she looks like my niece Emily.
Can you tell she was not happy with me on my side?
I can't believe she is so big. I bet she comes out small like Reid did. I am ready for Meg to be here. I will be praying that she turns on her own. Maybe you should go find heated pool to float on your belly for a while.
ReplyDeleteThose are just great!!!!! Can't wait to see her face to face!
ReplyDeleteLove the pictures. She definitely is thinking: "Leave me alone; I'll see you in a few weeks." She is so precious and cannot wait to see her pretty, sweet face. So glad you had a good check-up.
