Meg and cereal

Meg went to the doctor on Monday and it is just as we expected she is a petite baby for now. She weighed 11.5 lbs 20th percentile and was 23.5 inches 25th percentile. Doctor said not to worry that she is growing fine. He laid Meg on her belly on the table and she rolled over for him. She doesn't stay on her belly for long before she rolls. We gave Meg cereal tonight and she seemed to like it ok.  She would go for it with her mouth.  Don't think she actually ate much of it, but she didn't make any ugly faces.

She is eating 5 oz every 4 hours and wearing size 1 diaper.  Size 3 month clothes are just now starting to fit good.  She sleeps all night most nights as long as we give her that last bottle around 11.  She is still sleeping next to our bed in her sleep sack on the nap nanny.  We have been talking about trying to break her from the sleep sack then break her from the nap nanny.  I'm really not in a hurry for her to go to her crib yet.  I enjoy her being next to me every night.

We spend our days taking Reid to school or at the pool.  Ready for the water to warm up enough so I can put her in it

Picture of Reid at 4 months. I don't see a lot of resemblance. Just the cheeks

Vacation

Justin and I went on a cruise to Mexico this week. I had been when I was 18, but this was Justin's first. It was so fun and relaxing. The only part I didn't like was not being able to call home much. I knew the kids were in great hands, but boy did I miss them. I couldn't wait to get home so that I could be with them.

We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed just hanging out together. We had so many people ask us if we were honeymooners.... We shopped while we were in Cozumel and then went to a beach where you could eat and hang out. Justin stayed in the water most of the time looking at fish and I was able to get a massage on the beach. Pure paradise.

When we came home it seemed like Reid was talking so much better and that he had grown leaps and bounds. Meg is 4 months old today. She goes to the doctor on Monday. I will do her 4 month post then.

Thank you Kay-K and Pop for taking such great care of our babies!!!!!
